A family run business, established in 2002. Run by Trevor and Louise Cooke, hence the TLC name. Trevor has over 20 years experience in the furniture industry. After completing a 3 year furniture apprenticeship Trevor gained experience as an upholsterer in the office furniture trade in the UK. After 10 years, Trevor decided he would like to gain more experience and moved into the household furniture trade, manufacturing lounge suites. In 2002, Trevor decided to start his own business. TLC Upholstery began mainly as a re-upholstery service, which very soon branched out to new designs, creating quality, custom made lounge suites. In 2005 TLC Upholstery started attending various craft markets, selling mainly footstools. Now with the ever expanding range of products, TLC Upholstery has found these craft markets to be a great success. In April 2007, TLC Upholstery were successful in registering Sleeper Stoolzzz as a Trade Mark (No. 1133427). In 2008, TLC Upholstery moved into a new factory complete with the TLC Showroom, located at 2/6 Strezlecki Grove (Nth), Laverton.
